CALL CENTER SLCC

SLCC is a full scale Call Centre from SafeLine aimed at small and medium sized

businesses, hospitals and similar. SLCC can be used to receive emergency calls from

trapped passengers, test alarms and LMS calls (Lift Monitoring System).

SLCC has a number of predefined LMS alarms, such as "Mains power failure" and

"battery failure", but customers can also define their own LMS alarms to tailor SLCC

to meet their demands. All alarms can be forwarded by e-mail or SMS (SMS

forwarding requires a SafeLine GSM modem which is accessory). SLCC can

receive calls from equipment using CPC protocol, P100 protocol and Caller ID.

SLCC offers supervision of test alarms and technical alarms for up to 2,000 lifts. If the

same SLCC receives test alarms, technical alarms as well as emergency calls, up to

200 lifts can be supervised from the system.

Several SLCC systems can share the same database to secure redundancy or for

channelling emergency calls to one SLCC and test alarms and technical alarms to another.

SLCC is supplied with SLCC modem, RS-232 cable, telephone cable and software on

CD-ROM.

SLCC has very limited hardware requirements to the PC on which to install it on (please

notice that the PC is not included).

companii mici si mijocii, spitale, institutii publice. SLCC poate fi folosit pentru a receptiona

apelurile de urgenta de la persoanele blocate in ascensoare, pentru testarea alarmarii si 

pentru LMS alarm. SLCC are un numar predefinit de alarma LMS cum ar fi " Alimentare

intrerupta", "baterie descarcata", dar utilizatorul poate de asemenea sa defineasca

propriile tipuri de alarma LMS pentru a face utilizarea SLCC adecvata necesitatiilor sale.

Toate alarmele pot fi retrimise pe email sau SMS ( trimiterea de SMS necesita

modemul SafeLine GSM ca accesoriu). SLCC poate receptiona apeluri de la 

echipamente folosind protocolul CPC, P100 sau Caller ID.
