This tele-assistance terminal for lifts has been developed and certified in compliance with the EN 81-28 regulation in force and in accordance with directive 95/16/CE and further amend EN 81-20.

In this GSM version, the teleassistance is CMF patent pended against the disconnection of the cellular system.

Hence, it has the possibility of connecting (also according to protocols CPC, P100 and Ademco Contact-ID) both to a call centre dedicated to alarm management and to landline telephone numbers or mobile telephone numbers which will recei- ve the identification of the calling unit via a pre-recorded voice message or text message (SMS).

Built in a nine-module container according to the DIN EN 50022 handbook and in accordance with DIN 43880 regulations, this device can easily be put inside the control board.

The connection occurs through a quad band GSM telephone line via a GSM module built into the terminal.

This product is easy to programme and use, making it a reference point in the field of tele-assistance units for lifts.

Any parameter (including the recording of the voice message) can be programmed both remotely and locally. The remote programming can be done using a simple telephone, via text message (SMS) or

using the software on the pc and the module for calls to the exchange.

If you programme it locally, you can do it using the pc software and a USB programming cable.

In any of the above mentioned cases, the operator is assisted by voice messages or text messa- ges (SMS) that guide to safe and easy programming.

As a matter of fact, the entering of incorrect parameters is promptly signalled and, vice versa, the entering of correct parameters is always confirmed with a voice or text message (SMS). The configuration by text message (SMS) is especially practical and useful since it is possible to use all founts and spaces to improve understanding.

The address of the calling unit is always indicated during the sending of the various alarm text messages (SMS).

The speakerphone connection with the cabin via economical intercom stations is in full duplex with complete elimination of the echo.

The connection to a service centre can be established according to the P100, CPC and Ademco

Contact-ID transmission protocols also.

The unit allows programming up to 8 numbers of 19 digits each and assigning one or more of

one the 4 types of alarm to each number and separating operation into two modes, called “day” and “night”.

In order to prevent annoying false alarms, it is possible to programme special conditions so that the device does not opera- te.

In fact, the unit can inhibit the alarm button when the lift is stopped at a floor with the doors open, when a weight sensor does not detect any presence inside the cabin or when the lift is moving or in any other condition, up to a maximum of 4 or more if linked in parallel.

Fifteen (15) pre-recorded messages (available in 24 languages) guide both the installer and the user during programming or use.

These messages can be addressed to the cabin to reassure the user that the alarm has been sent to the call centre or to the maintenance technician to indicate the location of the lift or the call point.

The power supply battery has been checked carefully.

The unit allows connecting up to 12 external intercom stations besides the one in the cabin.

Automatic Auto-test, programmable from 1 to 9 days.

There are 3 outputs (generally used for light signalling) that can be configured in NO or NC with a load of 30 VDC and 200 mA max.
